Meet the Team
Marian P. Abraham, Esq., Principal Attorney
Marian has been practicing law since 1993. She has earned a reputation for being attentive with clients, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. As a former litigator, Marian knows what it takes to keep all parties aligned in a transaction and moving toward a common goal.
Marian holds a JD from New England School of Law and an MBA from Western New England College. She is married with twins, Lauren and Cory.

Kathleen (Kathy) Lynch, Paralegal
Kathy began working with Marian initially in 2002. She transferred to the Cape in 2005 to be closer to her children’s school, where she further expanded her real estate legal expertise working on large commercial projects, nonprofit housing projects, and complex litigation cases. Kathy missed working in Boston with Marian and returned in 2011.
Kathy graduated from Bridgewater State College with a degree in political science and a minor in economics. She attended the Paralegal Certificate Program at Cape Cod Community College.
Kathy and her husband are parents of two sons: Jack, a retired US Marine who graduated from UMass Dartmouth and Christopher who graduated from St. Francis Xavier in Nova Scotia and who currently resides in St. John, USVI. Kathy is an avid New England sports fan.
